We deliver parcels across the Czech Republic by ourselves using all three delivery methods: to the addressee’s home, to a pick-up points, to a box.

Do you run an online shop? Do you wish to send parcels, reliably and swiftly, both to the Czech Rep. and to Europe? Fill in your contact details and we'll get back to you with an offer.
Delivery includes:
- Delivery on the next business day
- A text message and an e-mail containing delivery information on the day before the delivery and the day of the delivery
- The option to change the delivery address or date
- The option to redirect your parcel to a pick-up point or box
- Insurance amounting to CZK 20,000 included in the price
- Tracking parcels online
- Up to 3 delivery attempts
For the WE|DO HOME service, parcels are categorized in line with their volume (width x length x height) or weight, whichever is bigger.
For example, if you send a parcel weighing 9 kg, with the volume of 0.15 m3, we’ll label it as the M-size.
S-size
The maximum weight is 10 kg
The maximum volume is 0.1 m3
The longest edge is 0.8 m
M-size
The maximum weight is 11–30 kg
The maximum volume is 0.2 m3
The longest edge is 1.2 m
L-size
The maximum weight is 31–50 kg
The maximum volume is 0.3 m3
The longest edge is 1.5 m
WE|DO POINT
The maximum weight is 15 kg
The maximum volume is 0.2 m3
The longest edge is 1.2 m
WE|DO BOX
The maximum weight is 15 kg

How to become WE|DO’s business partner?

Do I need to be your business partner to be able to send a parcel?
Yes, our services can only be used by our contractual partners with a valid Company ID.

How to hand a package for transport?
You can order parcel transports in our Parcels Application or at the WE|DO Portal. In the app, you’ll enter all information and order the collection. You’ll then hand your parcels to our driver and we’ll take care of the delivery. Detailed information on how the WE|DO transport works can be found in our Transport Guidelines.

How to pack a parcel the right way?
In order for the parcel to be transported safely, pick a wrapping protecting its content against damage incurred during road transport and against strain caused by the automatic sorting device and by mechanical processing. More detailed information can be found in our Transport Guidelines.

Which kind of goods cannot be transported?
Parcels exceeding the permitted size and maximum weight for the given service; see the Overview of Products and Surcharges. For safety reasons, parcels containing items such as precious stones, banknotes, weapons, fire extinguishers, glass, big TV sets, monitors, perishable and thermosensitive parcels, etc., cannot be transported.
