YOU PAY ONLY FOR WEIGHT, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF PACKAGES.
We’re offering the most favourable method of bulk-sending a bigger number of packages to a single address in Slovakia. You will pay for the total weight of your parcels, as if sending only one.
For example, if you send three packages, of 5 kg each, to a single address, you will pay the amount corresponding to a single package of 15 kg.
Maximum parcel size Weight. Measure. Volume.
Those are three basic parameters we use to categorize parcels.
The maximum weight is 50 kg.
The maximum size of the longest side is 1.5 m.
The maximum volume is 0.2 m3
(width x height x length).

WE DO DELIVERIES TO 36 COUNTRIES IN EUROPE
WE|DO has shaken hands with the Eurodis network, which has delivered over 560 million parcels in 2020. The network can make use of more than 26,000 vans and messengers happy to take care of your international parcels.

Maximum parcel size TO EUROPE
A standard parcel can weigh up to 30 kg. If you need to send a bigger parcel, we’ll be happy to discuss that with you individually.
The maximum weight is 30 kg
(for each parcel).
The maximum size of the longest side is 1.5 m.
The maximum volume is 0.3 m3
(width x height x length).

How to become WE|DO’s business partner?

Do I need to be your business partner to be able to send a parcel?
Yes, our services can only be used by our contractual partners with a valid Company ID.

How to hand a package for transport?
You can order parcel transports in our Parcels Application or at the WE|DO Portal. In the app, you’ll enter all information and order the collection. You’ll then hand your parcels to our driver and we’ll take care of the delivery. Detailed information on how the WE|DO transport works can be found in our Transport Guidelines.

How to pack a parcel the right way?
In order for the parcel to be transported safely, pick a wrapping protecting its content against damage incurred during road transport and against strain caused by the automatic sorting device and by mechanical processing. More detailed information can be found in our Transport Guidelines.

Which kind of goods cannot be transported?
Parcels exceeding the permitted size and maximum weight for the given service; see the Overview of Products and Surcharges. For safety reasons, parcels containing items such as precious stones, banknotes, weapons, fire extinguishers, glass, big TV sets, monitors, perishable and thermosensitive parcels, etc., cannot be transported.
